Thick, soft, and fudgy, our double-chocolate cookies hit the sweet spot between cookie and brownie. We start with an intensely chocolate base using Dutch-processed cocoa powder and a subtle hit of espresso powder, and gently fold in rich chocolate chips before baking.
Proudly made with Valrhona chocolate.
Ingredients: whole wheat flour, Dutch-processed cocoa powder, unsweetened chocolate, butter, baking powder, baking soda, turbinado sugar, eggs, espresso powder, vanilla extract (water, alcohol, vanilla extractives), salt.
